Rosacea is a common skin problem and it typically starts with redness around the central area of the face, gradually expending to the cheek, forehead and nose, even into the eyes, ears, chest or to the back and pores will gradually become larger as it progress.
The cause of Rosacea is not yet identified, but it is believed to be an abnormal dilation of blood vessels on the face, leading to blushing and hotness. Rosacea can be triggered by exposure to hot temperatures, sunlight, emotional stress, hot beverages, alcohol, spicy food and certain skin care products.
