The focus of Nano.Uniqa’s advancement lies in achieving two goals simultaneously:

Nano.Uniqa utilizes a blunt tip cannula for insertion, allowing the threads to be placed more safely and precisely along the subcutaneous or dermal layers. This approach is particularly beneficial for sensitive and thinner skin areas—such as around the eyes, mouth, and neck—reducing irritation and risks.

Nano.Uniqa threads are made from a copolymer of PLLA (Poly-L-lactic acid) and PCL (Polycaprolactone), known as P(LA/CL), which is a widely used, biocompatible, and absorbable medical material.

Its core feature involves infusing the thread with a 25x high-concentration hyaluronic acid (HA), which is controlled for slow release through proprietary NAMICA technology. In the earlier stages of the treatment, the HA is gradually released to help maintain skin hydration and trigger initial collagen stimulation. Subsequently, as the thread progressively degrades, this release and stimulation continue over time, allowing collagen production, skin quality, and elasticity to improve concurrently over an extended period.
