10 Therma (Tentherma) is a medical-class monopolar radiofrequency device, considered the 5th generation of medical-grade radiofrequency skin tightening technology. It safely and precisely delivers 6.78 million Hz high-frequency radio waves into the skin, penetrating 4.3mm deep into the subdermal tissue layer.
This deep heating action rapidly contracts collagen fibers, providing an immediate skin tightening effect. The monopolar RF treatment of ’10THERMA’ utilizes a mono pole electrode to effectively penetrate heat deep into the skin’s layers. Tentherma is equipped with advanced safety mechanisms: Skin Impedance Checking System that detects electrical resistance of the skin and automatically adjust the energy output accordingly, ensuring safe and controlled treatment. Real-time Temperature Monitoring that continuously monitors the skin temperature during the procedure. If the epidermal temperature exceeds 45°C, the system will automatically pause the radiofrequency output to prevent overheating. Tip Pressure Sensor on the headpiece that can detect if the treatment tip is not in full contact with the skin during radiofrequency delivery. Tentherma has introduced a new Face Tip 5.0 applicator that significantly increases the treatment coverage area.
